Monthly Tutoring Membership

ONLINE SESSIONS ONLY

Our monthly tutoring membership is designed to provide consistent academic support for studying, homework help, and test preparation.

Membership Includes

• 3 online tutoring sessions per month

• Sessions must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance

• Each session is available for studying, homework assistance, or test preparation

• Unused sessions may carry over to the following month

• A maximum of 6 unused sessions may be accumulated at any time

Scheduling & Cancellations

• Sessions must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

• Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be counted as a used session.

• Missed sessions/no-shows may also be counted as a used session.

• Carryover sessions are subject to the same scheduling requirements as regular monthly sessions.

Carryover Sessions

• Unused sessions do not expire immediately and may be carried into the next month.

• A member may accumulate up to 6 total sessions at one time.

• Once the 6-session maximum is reached, additional unused sessions will not continue to accumulate.

• Carryover sessions are available only while the membership remains active.

Membership

• The membership is billed on a monthly basis.

• Membership must remain active to use accumulated sessions.

• Membership cancellations will stop future monthly sessions from being added.

• Any unused sessions should be scheduled before the membership ends, subject to the scheduling and expiration rules above.

This membership is perfect for students who want ongoing support with studying, homework, and test preparation without committing to individual tutoring sessions.

• Sessions may be scheduled the same day, based on availability

• Students may use up to 2 sessions per day

• Sessions may be used for test preparation, homework help, studying, or general tutoring

• Unused sessions may carry over to the following month

• Students may accumulate up to 6 total unused sessions

• Scheduling

• Sessions are scheduled based on tutor availability.

• Same-day scheduling is permitted when an appointment is available.

• Students may schedule up to 2 sessions on the same day.

• Two sessions scheduled back-to-back may be used when additional tutoring time is needed.

• Carryover Sessions

• Unused sessions may be carried over into the following month.

• A maximum of 6 unused sessions may be carried over at any time.

• Once a student has reached the 6-session carryover limit, additional unused sessions will not accumulate.

• Carryover sessions are available while the membership remains active.

• Cancellations & Missed Sessions

• Sessions canceled with adequate notice may be rescheduled, subject to availability.

• Late cancellations and no-shows may count as used sessions.

• Rescheduled sessions remain subject to the 2-session-per-day limit.

• Flexible Tutoring Time

• This membership is designed for students who need more flexibility and more tutoring time. Students can use their sessions strategically—whether they need extra support before a test, help completing homework, or additional one-on-one tutoring throughout the month.

• Everyday Tutoring Membership

• ONLINE SESSIONS ONLY

• Our Everyday Tutoring Membership is designed to provide students with consistent, reliable academic support throughout the month. With 10 sessions included each month, students have the flexibility to get the help they need with everyday schoolwork, challenging assignments, studying, and more.

• Membership Includes

• 10 online tutoring sessions per month

• Sessions may be scheduled the same day, based on tutor availability

• Students may use up to 3 sessions per day

• Sessions may be taken back-to-back when additional tutoring time is needed

• Unused sessions may carry over to the following month

• Students may accumulate up to 10 total unused sessions

• Carryover sessions are available while the membership remains active

• Scheduling

• Sessions are scheduled based on tutor availability.

• Same-day scheduling is permitted when an appointment is available.
